GOGGLES
Due to the British climate throughout the year lens fogging can occur.
The common denominator to reduce fogging is ventilation. Hats, balaclavas/snoods, neck scarfs, hoodies, beards can all act as heat traps and contribute to fogging.
Our goggle care and cleaning service is second to none. We offer a cleaning service before, after and during games. During each visit to our safe goggle cleaning area we clean and wipe off excess sweat and moisture, apply anti fog spray and clean with microfiber clothes.
Winter fogging is usually caused when cold lenses comes into contact with moist warm air from sweat and breath. Summer fogging is usually caused by humid, sweaty, high humidity air trapped inside the goggle, not cold air.
Like most paintball sites players will be issued with standard issue single lens anti fog goggle system – keep them clean and dry and fogging might not be a problem
We can now offer our customers the opportunity to buy their own brand new paintball single lens anti fog goggles for only £25. These goggles are standard issue to all rental customers
New goggles means new anti fog coating on the lenses which means they provide additional anti fog protection – use them next time you play
GOGGLE UPGRADE
We have just taken stock of our goggles with thermal lenses. These lenses are like double glazing and are comprised of two lenses. These goggles do offer additional protection against fogging.
These goggles are far more expensive than our standard single lens goggle system thus they are not standard issue. Upgrade fee is £5 per goggle. PLEASE NOTE : you must never clean goggles yourself, and you must never clean the inside of thermal lenses – new lenses cost £20
WALK-ON WORLD
Please bare in mind you will be granted total exclusive use of our facilities to indulge yourselves.
Paintball – Minimum play ticket fee for an exclusive paintball walk-on session is £50 or £20 per player ( which ever is the greater). For a small surcharge of £5 per box of 2000 you may BYO ( Bring Your Own) paintballs as long as they are PEG and not oil based -STRICKLY NO ‘FIRST STRIKE’ paintballs can be used. Air refills are £1 All air bottles must be in test. Air bottles can be rented for £5. Subject to availability you may Buy Bulk Site paintballs .68 caliber £50 per box of 2000, .50 caliber £35 per box of 2000 (all paintballs must be ordered in advance)

Fitness & boxing fitness RAW training – Workout in a an old fashioned ‘sawdust’ on the floor fully equipped gym. The best results come from getting out of your comfort zone. Sacrifice, hardship and sweat plant, stimulate and nurture the seeds of progression. Progression = RESULTS.
Get stuck into a variety of bespoke circuits and workouts using pro punch bags, punch shield, pads, resistance weights, bands, step up benches, suspension straps, press up bars, dipping bars will assist you to slim down, get fit and progress your skills. All supervised by a Fully qualified personal trainer with 18 years PT experience, 27 years coaching experience and 45 years structured training experience.
AI has basically taken over the bespoke planned workout, diet and eating plan industry. Why pay a trainer when you can simply punch in your stats and goals and 3 seconds later AI will provide you with all the plans you need. BUT what AI cannot give you is that personal touch, it cannot show you, teach you workout and dietary hacks that work. Hacks that have been discovered and learnt from years, decades of workout experience, knowledge acquired from experience, study, observation and trial and error. AI cannot observe you , monitor you, cannot assess intensity, if a client is struggling, over training or slacking off. It cannot make on the spot adaptions to the workout or training equipment – A LIVE TRAINER CAN !
